  • @crashthegrey Restaurant (actually BBQ joint) a big success. Taking all my time (except for today's snow day) Hope you make it in someday. in reply to crashthegrey #
  • Don't bother following Ohabeer. I am no longer posting. My new restaurant is keeping me too busy to care about Twitter. Follow someone else. #
  • Why do I keep getting followers with no posts in over a month. Oh right no one ACTUALLY READS twitter – they just try to collect followers. #

Once again, OAB has reverted to a Twitter stream site. There is a very good reason:

Mrs. Ohabeer and I are opening a BBQ joint in Roxbury , NY.

It is called the Cha Cha Hutand will feature the area’s only authentic slow smoked BBQ. The meat: Pulled pork, brisket, ribs and wings. The sides: mustard slaw, Smoked Mac & Cheese (we cook it in the smoker) and Smoked BBQ Beans (three kinds of beans, our house sauce all cooked in the smoker).

Needless to say, it’s keeping me busy. I have a ton of review notes but little time to write them. I hope to get back to things here soon. In the meantime, it will continue to be a bit sporadic…
